I translated my knowledge of that process into an AI-assisted workflow, refining it through repeated use. The cycle is now faster, with less manual handling and more timely reports.

possibilities, mapped.
Blue & White Café
Owner discovery meetings informed a business case and phased roadmap across ordering, point of sale, inventory, accounting and customer marketing.
An ordering prototype built from menu information made one part of the proposed experience tangible. The planning considered technology options, indicative costs and risks.

From a stock sheet
to a browsable catalogue.
Anime collectibles
A spreadsheet of products, stock and prices became the starting point for an AI-assisted storefront prototype in Lovable.
The work explored catalogue browsing, search, categories and sorting, turning a product list into an experience that could be reviewed and refined.
Exploratory prototype. The store has not launched; payments and production integrations were not verified.

My background spans South Australian government economics and policy, economic consulting and independent reporting. Today, I’m applying that experience to practical AI guidance and business-process improvement for smaller businesses.
